Mgr. Vladimíra VydrováIs senior partner in the law office E-S partners.She was born in 1971 in Martin, Slovakia and obtained a Master in Anthropology at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia; studied for a while in Bremen, Germany and Antwerp, Belgium and reoriented here carrier and became a Master in law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2008 she joined the Bratislava Bar and in early 2011 she will obtain here Doctor in Law degree at the University of Sládkovicove on here dissertation ‘Proof and Evidence in Criminal procedures’ In 1996 Mgr. Vydrová joined the law office of E-S partners as an associate. She became a junior partner in 1998 and a Senior Partner in 2000. Mgr. Vydrová’s main fields of experience are commercial law, company law, family law, construction and real estate law. Due to here profound know how she held and holds different positions in national and international companies. The most publicly known activities of Mgr. Vydrová outside here law office were the privatization of the ‘Carlton Hotel and its reconstructions’; the first post communist privatization project with an investment value above 50.000.000 Euro, she held for more as 10 years the position of member of the board of directors. Here position as an expert for ‘approximation of Law’, a project funded by the European Union in order to bring the Slovak Law in line with the E.U legislation, a condition for the entrance of Slovakia into the European Union. Last but not least here positions as a member of the board of directors or a member of the supervisory board of different well known Slovak companies. Because of the difference in legal systems she studied European Law with Prof. Dr. Denis Philippe in Louvain, Belgium; at the London Guildhall University she obtained here certificate in ‘the Anglo-Saxon legal system’ At the economical university in Bratislava she finished successfully the company liquidator study. Mgr. Vydrová started and managed in this whole period a few companies in other fields of business, this in order to keep here pulse at the real commercial and company life and environment in Slovakia. Next to his above mentioned activities Mgr. Vydrová was assistant-co-author of ‘WiRo. Wirtschaftrecht in Ost-Europa’ as well ‘Handbuch Imobilienrecht in Europa/Slowakei’ and co-author of “Samospráva ako Súcast verejnej správy” She is also together with here Partner in the Law office the author of the only English version of the Slovak Commercial Code. At this moment Mgr. Vydrová’ s main field of activities are the situated in company law, commercial law, family law, real estate and construction law, insurance law and litigation Mgr. Vydrová is fluent in Slovak, Czech, Dutch, English, German and Russian language. |
